HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
You may be doing some other exercises besides yoga. Yoga is a good exercise, but it does not raise your heart rate as much. HIIT can further improve your performance by improving your cardiorespiratory fitness, as well as core, legs, arms and shoulders strength.
From the few that I have tried, I will share two that are expected to improve core, legs, arms and shoulders strength, which are also required in yoga, and also body coordination.
Try the 20-minute one first, and if it is not enough, try the 45-minute one.

Class Description
Each class is 75 minutes duration except Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is 60 minutes duration.
Class Pricing

Toshi
Studio Manager/ Teacher
Toshi has been practicing and teaching yoga for almost two decades. His elegant and powerful practice speaks for itself and his classes never fail to challenge even experienced practitioners.
In addition to his intense training in Astanga Vinyasa, Toshi has studied and practiced Zen meditation while living at the Wu Wei temple in China, and martial arts at the Shaolin Martial Arts Institute, also in China.

Private Classes
・We can offer private classes at the studio only.
・Each class is 75 minutes duration. It’s just for students who can attend at least twice a week.
・It could be ideal for professional or amateur athletes, who want to improve your performance, flexibility and strength. I think this is what I am best at.
・If you want to try inversion postures, like head stand, hand stand, and some arm balance postures.
・And not only physical but also mental, as a Zen practitioner, I can teach meditations.
・Yoga for self-development: you can work on any goals you choose, not just those related to “performing” yoga poses. Yoga can be used to set in place positive thinking habits that lead to confidence, enthusiasm, faith, focus & purpose.
・Of course, for beginners, too!
・Men are very welcome, too!
・Classes can be shared by up to 4 people.
