One of the most important concepts in Zen Buddhism is the oneness of body and mind. Body and mind should be one and cannot be separated. They are two sides of one thing. Modern people tend to give priority to the mind and neglect the body. If you have a problem with your mind, I recommend that you get your body in order. Exercise moderately, keep your body clean and keep the room and house you are in clean. This alone will help you to feel better on your own.
