Compassion meditaton

Compassion Meditation is done in the following way.

1. Be at quiet place where you can concentrate.

2. Sit up straight and relaxed.

3. Breathe naturally and be as mindless as possible.

4. Slowly recite the following sentences in your head toward your heart chakra. It could be in your native language. So, please translate them in your language.

5. You can continue on and do other meditations as you like.

・May I be happy.

 

・May I be free from worries and sufferings.

 

・May my wishes be fulfilled.

 

・May the light of enlightenment appear to me.

・May I be happy. (3 times)

・May everyone be happy.

 

・May everyone be free from worries and sufferings.

 

・May everyone’s wishes be fulfilled.

 

・May the light of enlightenment appear to everyone.

・May everyone be happy. (3 times)

 

 

・May the people I like be happy.

 

・May the people I like be free from worries and suffering.

 

・May the wishes of the people I like be fulfilled.

 

・May the light of enlightenment appear to the people I like.

 

・May the people I like be happy.(3 times)

 

 

 

・May the people I don’t like be happy, too.

 

・May the people I don’t like be free from worries and suffering, too.

 

・May the wishes of the people I don’t like be fulfilled, too.

 

・May the light of enlightenment appear to the people I don’t like, too.

 

・May the people I don’t like be happy. (3 times)

 

 

 

 ・May all living beings be happy.

 ・May all living beings be free from worries and suffering. 

 ・May the wishes of all living beings be fulfilled.

 

・May the light of enlightenment appear to all living beings.
